Hesperia Man Arrested For Burglary After Walking Into Occupied Home

Keith AlisonThe right to a fair trial is a fundamental part of the United States justice system, and it applies to everyone. Even people who have been convicted of a previous crime have the right to be heard fairly and impartially. A good defense attorney can make all the difference when it comes to upholding the rights of the defendant.

A man believed to be a Los Angeles gang member was arrested when he allegedly entered a home in Hesperia and started to look through the possessions there, even as the occupant told him to leave, authorities said.

The owner of the home called the Sheriff’s Department around 3:20 in the afternoon, after the intruder entered through the back door.

The 26-year-old suspect is a documented Los Angeles gang member, according to the Sheriff’s Department. He was arrested by deputies and taken to the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto, where he faces charges of burglary and possession of a controlled substance, booking and court records say.

Because the suspect was already on parole for home invasion robbery, he was not offered bail, said the Sheriff’s Department.
