Pedestrian Fatality on E Street

A crash has left one man dead and two other people injured.

According to police, San Bernardino resident, Daril Moore, 47 and a passenger were traveling northbound in the 3500 block of E Street when Moore lost control of his vehicle. He swerved sharply to the right and landed on the sidewalk, striking an unidentified 43-year-old pedestrian.

During the crash, Moore’s vehicle rolled over onto its roof.

Police said in a statement that the unidentified pedestrian died from injuries he sustained during the crash. Authorities have withheld his name pending notification of his family.

Investigators say that drugs or alcohol are not suspected as being the cause of the accident. The crash is still currently under investigation.
